How Much Does the TeethNow System Cost in Western New York?

The TeethNow system — full-arch, same-day permanent zirconia implants — is one of the most significant investments a dental patient can make. It is also one of the most frequently searched questions we receive: what does this actually cost?

This article gives you a clear, honest picture of TeethNow pricing in Western New York, what drives variation, and what financial options exist for patients at Dentistry by Dr. Kaplansky.

What TeethNow Is (Brief)

Before discussing cost, a quick description matters for context. TeethNow is not an All-on-4 snap-in denture. It is a fixed, permanent zirconia prosthetic anchored to implants. The surgery, healing phase, and final prosthetic placement are completed in a staged process — typically with temporary healing teeth placed the day after surgery and permanent zirconia delivered at approximately 4–5 months.

The result is a full arch of permanent teeth that do not come out, require no adhesive, and function like natural teeth. For more detail on the procedure, see the TeethNow page.

What TeethNow Costs in Western New York

Full-arch implant costs vary meaningfully across providers, and ranges published online often leave out important context. Here is what you can expect at this practice.

The cost for a single arch (upper or lower) using the TeethNow system ranges from approximately $22,000–$30,000 depending on the factors below. For full-mouth restoration of both arches, the range is typically $40,000–$55,000.

For patients who also require zygomatic implants (due to severe upper jaw bone loss), the cost is higher because of the additional surgical complexity. See zygomatic implant cost details.

These are genuine ranges — not “starting at” numbers designed to get you in the door. Every treatment plan at this practice comes with a written cost estimate specific to your anatomy and case, provided at the same consultation that includes your CBCT scan.

What Determines the Cost

Several variables affect where a case falls within the range:

Number of implants per arch. TeethNow cases typically use 4–6 implants per arch. More implants provide better distribution of force and are appropriate for certain anatomies. The implant count is determined by your CBCT scan results.

Extractions. If failing teeth need to be removed before implant placement, extraction costs are included in the case estimate or listed separately depending on complexity.

Bone grafting or sinus augmentation. Some patients require bone grafting before or at the time of implant placement. This adds to the overall cost. Patients with severe upper jaw bone loss who qualify for zygomatic implants may avoid grafting entirely.

Prosthetic choice. The zirconia prosthetic used in TeethNow cases is more expensive to fabricate than an acrylic hybrid. This is part of why the outcome is superior — zirconia is harder, more stain-resistant, and more durable.

Surgeon credential and case complexity. Cases handled by board-certified implant specialists at ZAGA Centers — particularly complex cases — reflect the training and overhead those credentials require. Dr. Kaplansky is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and one of 11 ZAGA-certified surgeons in the US.

What Is Not Included in These Ranges

Routine post-surgical visits and the prosthetic delivery appointment are typically included in the overall case fee. What varies between practices is how completely this is disclosed upfront — and whether a written treatment plan is provided before you commit to anything. At this practice, you receive a written plan at the consultation.

Insurance Coverage

Dental insurance rarely covers full-arch implant procedures in any meaningful way. Most dental PPOs have annual maximums of $1,000–$2,000 — a fraction of full-arch implant costs. Some plans provide partial coverage for extractions or individual implant components.

That said, filing your dental plan is always worthwhile. Our treatment coordinator submits claims to your insurance and applies any benefits that apply to your case. We verify coverage at the consultation.

Medical insurance (health insurance) occasionally covers implant-related costs when the tooth loss is related to a covered medical condition, injury, or congenital disorder. This is evaluated case-by-case.

Financing Options

Most patients finance some portion of their TeethNow treatment. Options at this practice include:

CareCredit — Healthcare-specific financing. Extended promotional terms (often 18–24 months with no interest) are available for larger treatment amounts.

LendingClub (formerly LendingClub Patient Solutions) — Extended term financing with fixed monthly payments over multiple years. Common for full-arch cases where patients want predictable monthly costs over 36–60 months.

In-house payment plans — For qualifying patients, the practice offers structured payment arrangements. Terms are discussed with the treatment coordinator at the consultation.

The financial information page has more detail on each option.

Getting a Real Number for Your Case

The numbers in this article are honest ranges, not guarantees. Your actual cost is determined by your anatomy, the number of implants appropriate for your case, whether extraction or grafting is needed, and the prosthetic solution that is right for you.

The fastest way to get a real number is a consultation that includes a CBCT scan. At this practice, the CBCT is done the same day as your first visit — you leave with a written treatment plan that includes the cost specific to your case.
