   CBCT Scan

   A cone beam CT captures a three-dimensional image of your jaw in about 60 seconds, revealing bone volume, nerve positions, sinus anatomy, and the condition of existing teeth and roots.

   Review With Dr. Kaplansky

   Dr. Kaplansky personally reviews the scan and walks you through what he sees, what options fit your specific anatomy, and what treatment would involve — one surgeon, every visit.

   Written Treatment Plan

   You leave with a written treatment plan covering the proposed procedure, timeline, and cost estimate. No commitment required — take it home, think it through.

   Financial Review

   Our treatment coordinator reviews insurance benefits, out-of-pocket estimates, CareCredit, and in-house financing options before treatment begins.

New patients coming in for preventive or restorative care receive a comprehensive oral examination, digital X-rays appropriate for your history, periodontal screening, and a professional cleaning — typically in a single 60–90 minute appointment with Dr. Koli. If implants are relevant to your situation, that conversation happens at the same visit rather than as a separate referral.
